CrewLync is a workforce-management platform for event production crews, operated by Quest Audio, LLC ("we," "us"). This policy describes what personal information the CrewLync service collects and how it is used.
CrewLync accounts are created by administrators, not by public sign-up. The information in the system is limited to what is needed to manage a workforce:
We use this information solely to provide the workforce-management service: managing accounts, coordinating crews, and operating the application. Email from CrewLync is transactional only — account-setup invitations and password resets triggered by an individual action. We send no marketing, promotional, or bulk email.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties except for the service providers who host and operate the platform on our behalf (such as cloud infrastructure and email delivery), and where required by law.
The application uses session tokens (JWTs) to keep users signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Account information is retained while an account is active. When an administrator deactivates a user, email to that user stops; account data is retained only as long as needed for the operation of the service and legitimate record-keeping, after which it is deleted.
