CrewLync Terms of Service

1. The service

CrewLync is a workforce-management platform for event production crews, operated by Quest Audio, LLC ("we," "us"). By using CrewLync you agree to these terms.

2. Alpha status

CrewLync is currently in a limited alpha, available only to invited testers. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time, and data entered during the alpha may be reset.

3. Accounts

Accounts are created by administrators. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate any account at any time, particularly during the alpha period. You may stop using the service, or ask an administrator to deactivate your account, at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quest Audio, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to the use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
